a global Biotechnology Company, present in more than 100 countries with more than 6.000 people employed the
Technical Service Manager Enzymes for Baking & Food Industry m/f
· Location: Moscow head office
· Territory: Russia and countries of the former CIS
· Travelling: 30-40 %, includes visits to the european headquarter, customers and partners
· We ensure good training and constant transfer of knowledge about enzymes
· You are fluent in Russian and English
· You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and be responsible for initiating and coordinating technical activities to drive the business development of our baking business.
· In close cooperation with sales and marketing, you will ensure professional technical support and provide innovative solutions for our customers.
· You will plan and carry out projects from laboratory scale to industrial scale inhouse and at clients and partners.
· You will support the launching of new products, and you are capable of writing technical articles and giving speeches at industry conferences.

· A scientific background with a University Degree (M.Sc. or PhD) in Food Science, Food Technology or similar
· A strong understanding of the baking and milling industry. Experience from the baking ingredient business and/or industrial bakeries is certainly a plus.
· The ability to apply principles of enzymology, project management and economics to develop new, innovative and improved methods for our customers.
· A broader understanding of food & dairy processing in general,
· as well as experience in people leadership would be of advantage.
