Technical Service & Support Manager Europe Liquid Smoke m/f

JOB DESCRIPTION

​

• Providing technical support & guidance to existing customers all through Europe.

• Demonstration of technical feasibility at prospects of our Liquid Smoke products in

  terms of performance and machine runability.

• Liaising with a.o. Sales manager Liquid Smoke  in identifying new accounts.

• Liaising with R&D manager and technical marketing manager in identifying product

  improvements and new product development.

• TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executes machine trials on site at both customers and prospects to demonstrate performance of liquid smoked  products.

  • Executes product demonstrations with customers both at customers as well as in house demonstration kitchen.

  • Evaluates and prioritizes in cooperation with both the sales manager liquid smoke and the technical marketing manager opportunities and leads.

  • Executes sales task at specific accounts / prospects (team support of sales manager liquid smoke) in alignment with the director sales & marketing.

  • Manages toll production of assigned products ( smoke powder / smoke oil)

  • Teamwork within the NA team with the various stakeholders; technical marketing, R&D,

    Quality and Customer Service.

    SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

    • Technical education Technische Ausbildung als Metzgermeister m/w, Fleischtechniker m/w, Fleisch- oder Lebensmitteltechnologe m/w 

    • Broad experience in the food industry ( > 10 year)

    • Team oriented approach.

    • Appetite for growing new business

    • Entrepreneurial approach.

    • IT competencies.

    • Fluent in English, German and preferably 1 other language.

    • Self-starter.

    • Driving license.
