Regional Sales Manager Flavours Sweet Russia 

you have a wide experience in Sweet 

  • take part in a company that has been successful for over 35 years and is still growing

  • We produce food flavours, extracts, fruit preparations, flavour microencapsulation, maillard reaction products.

  • We are committed to be the creative flavor partner offering customers superior, innovative and sustainable solutions.

  • Reporting to the  Export Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible to sell products by maintaining and expanding customer base and managing staff.


The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for;

  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives, recommending strategies, preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems, identifying trends; determining regional improvements and change plans.

  • Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, creating a sales plans, preparing an annual budget, analyzing trends and initiating improvement actions.

  • Building and maintaining relationship with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.

  • Identifying new product opportunities, tracking competitors and surveying consumer needs and trends. Analyze, evaluate and compare company product lines with competitive organizations and recommend strategies.

  • Developing and managing relationships with top management of selective major customers.


Skills and Qualifications:

Meeting sales goals, territory management, managing profitability, building relationships presentation skills, performance management, emphasizing excellence, negotiation, result oriented.

It is necessary to know fluent Russia and English
