Profile

​

• Degree in Food Science (Food Technology, Food Engineering or similar)

• Experience in similar technical role for the food industry

• Expert knowledge of hydrocolloids, structure function understanding and interaction with other ingredients, food formulating experience in a wide range of applications as well as food science in general and common industrial food processes

• History of successful projects delivering product innovation in the food industry

• Experience in running pilot plant equipment and supervising factory trials

• Bringing projects from customers to company

​

Location: Germany

English fluent in speech and writing; German is a plus
