We are recruiting for a global Food Ingredients producer
Senior Account Manager Eastern Europe Meat Ingredients m/f/d
The ideal candidate is familiar with the following products and applications:

Meat Products: Injected, Fermented, Emulsified
-
Fat replacers
-
Vegetable fibres
-
Shelf life Improvers
-
Functional Systemes based on protein
-
Meat Free Products
Key Responsibilities:
-
100% Focus on Sales
-
Develop long-term profitable and sustainable business for our ingredients with the largest
companies in Eastern Europe (with priority to Romania, Hungary, Poland, Russia and
Urkaine)

Prepare and keep updated the yearly budget for each customer
-
Regular visits to the target customers
-
Keep regular contact with our R&D Department
-
Arrange visits in our head quarter in order to run technical tests, seminars and customer
visits
-
Perform competition analysis
We value:

Russian/Polish speaker preferably

Excellent command of English

Very strong Sales skills
-
Ideally a Food / Meat Technologist Degree
-
Min 10 yrs. experience and proven track record in Sales in meat industry / ingredients
-
Solid experience in manufacturing industries (especially meat) and proven skills in meat
technologies and ingredients application
-
Drive for results, with competitive mindset
-
Self-motivated team player
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into
actions
-
Proactive approach, able to develop business ‘from scratch’
-
Available to travel 75% of the time
