 R&D Senior Food Technologist m/f

·     Very good english

·     working permission for the Europan Union.

·     in charge of the following Product Categories:

o  Desserts - puddings, jelly, custard, spoonable desserts

o  Fine bakery - baked goods from powdered mixes

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

·     The senior product technologist is responsible for developing and optimising product recipes in new product development projects.

·     The senior product technologist also carries out raw material supplier programs and cost optimisation exercises and product improvement initiatives.

·     The senior product technologist also acts as the main link to factory support and follows the up-scale of products and supports operations with new product launches and assists in the trouble shooting.

·     This role requires experience in the desserts and fine bakery category.

·     The candidate must have knowledge about thickeners, hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, fats/oils and flour from a previous role in product development.
