Product Development and Application Manager Beverage & Tea m/f/d

Tasks

  • In-depth experience in ready-to-use beverages (RTD)

  • Development of RTD and know how these are basically structured

  • Know-how in the field of beverage filling, specifically the ability to accompany initial production trials at the customer side and the know how / where to intervene in the event of problems

  • Good sensory properties, possibly also with flavor know-how

  • Market know-how

  • Responsibility and coordination of exciting, innovative development projects for the beverage and food industry

  • Patent and literature research and participation in patenting own developments

  • Creation and maintenance of materials and development recipes in the SAP system

  • Strategic further development of the application area

  • Close cooperation with other development and interface departments, especially business development and sales

  • Creation of trend-oriented concepts and sample recipes to support sales and marketing in customer service

  • Implementation of QM tasks such as audit preparation, work instructions, specifications and, if necessary, participation in audits

  • Strategic further development of the application area "Solid and liquid food"

Your profile

  • Study

  • (bachelor/ master) in food or beverage technology or state-certified technician specializing in brewing and beverage technology or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of research and development experience in the beverage, food and tea sector on the bases of Botanicals

  • Management experience is an advantage

  • Affinity to technological issues and good sensory skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well SAP

  • Willingness of travelling of around 20%
